The main stable building has large 4m x 4m boxes with automatic watering. Most boxes have windows on the countryside. The central area of the stable is extensive and well lit, providing plenty of space for several horses to be groomed, shod, and handled at the same time.
An attractive tack room / kitchen, rug room, several feed rooms, and toilet facilities are housed in the main stable building along with a shower bay.
The 60m x 30m outdoor arena is well floodlit, enclosed in post and rail fencing, with a Martin Collins surface which is regularly maintained. A large hedge protects it from the prevailing winds. Drainage is excellent. Jumping obstacles are available.
Clients are guaranteed year-round turn-out. The paddocks are large, flat and security is assured via fencing connected to mains electric power. All fencing was renovated in January 2019, and some of it is comprised of new post and rail fences. By April 2019, each paddock will have individual automatic water troughs. Depending on the season, the paddocks contain abundant horse-quality forage species.
A 4 bay Claydon horsewalker is located just steps away from the stable.
All paddocks are wired to mains electricity. The entire property is surrounded by hedges and the main entry is secured by an automatic gate. The nearest road is 500m from the main gate and accessed over a cattle grid. Consequently, escapes are highly unlikely. Night-time security lighting is plentiful. The enterprise is fully insured as a professional equestrian yard with £10 million of liability coverage.
There is a large cement apron for parking cars and horse vans / trucks. Owners may park one van on the premises at no charge.
